Yesterday my uncle received a threat by apparently the owner of go Express. He has taken This bus to NYC several times and they always give him different prices , the driver told him a higher price by $10 dollars and he told him hey you can’t keep changing this prices like that weekly ; The driver then called the go express office and the secretary put a guy on the phone and they started insulting him and they argued back and forth . Then they hung up , the driver said to my uncle hey no worries if it were my company I would let this slide . The owner called the driver again instead of letting it go and speaking on the speaker he said tell that guy (my uncle )that if keeps talking I’m going there and getting him off the van with a gun in his mouth . When my uncle told me this I said I would write this review , because no one has the right to threaten with gun specially in the fragile world we live in with all these shootings . Shame on the owner or male manager that did this. Horrible company and experience . Other ladies said they charged them even a higher price .
