Horrible we had this insurance for 6 months and because we are new policy holder my fiancé bike was totaled due to someone cutting him off they are trying to give him 1,700 like seriously he put so much money into it they are a fraud never again I will be canceling this insurance 😒just look else not worth it so if your a biker go else where they do not care about your safety

I will never use progressive again they denied my claim on my brand new car because their operater I talked to set up my insurance wrong and didn't give me full coverage when I had to have it...they will never admit fault...it's the law in pa if the bank owns your car or your leasing it...it's required to have full coverage...got in to a accident broke some plastic parts of the bumper now their refusing my claim...it's a shame I trusted you progressive you really let me down...very disappointed..my lawyer will see to this issue..ciao
