Lied about that coffee they made for us. I asked for a decaf Americano she rang up as regular Americano and once I saw the receipt and it was not decaf and asked if it was the girl who made it lied to us. I returned because I believed her and the person who took our order told us we can’t make decaf Americano.. what??? Horrible place.

This place is getting increasingly worse, one girl there doesn’t listen to orders at all and messes it up every time. Today I asked for a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and I got a vanilla latte with extra vanilla. Or oh you wanted coffee??? Here’s some milk and flavoring. Seriously?! Get it together. Not to mention this same girl always has an attitude. And looks like she hates her job. Never coming here again. Seriously either get staff that care or shut it down and open a Starbucks already, at least I know I’m going to get what I paid for there.

The workers were all polite and professional. They took my order and got me out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends to go here!

Received a burnt croissant sandwich, I asked for a frozen chai and get a soupy chai, asked for vanilla glazed and chocolate munchkin variety count and they gave me coco late and blueberry assortment. They people who served me all look under 18 and were laughing and didn’t take my payment until 15 minutes of sitting at window.
