I called regarding a Nike warranty and asked an employee if I needed to go through Nike themselves or bring the shoes to the store. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and even put me on hold to verify her answer. She told me that I CAN bring them to the store and that a manager had to check the shoes to ensure that they followed warranty damage. Then I could get replacement shoes. With gas prices and my time wasted, it was infuriating to get there to be told that I have to go through Nike online, when I specifically asked this before driving there. There was several days that had passed between calling and going to the store. The girl that helped me at the store told me that was not accurate and that they have new employees. I told her that the girl I spoke with even put me on hold to verify with someone that I could bring them to the store. She just kept repeating that it must've been someone new. She was very nice but not empathetic or apologetic. Now I have to do everything online that I could have done without ever having driven to the store.

I was very disappointed. The styles online weren't out on the floor even though there were 5 employees standing around and I hardly found any size 11 shoes.

I stopped at Rogans as a last minute idea as I was driving by. The store was extremely clean and neat. The shoes were all arranged and sorted. The stock was directly underneath the floor sample. There were no open boxes or shoe boxes that were missing the other shoe. The staff were all teenagers but very knowledgeable about the various shoes. They were all friendly and talkative but not to the point of being obnoxious. Prices were (to my knowledge) within the SMP. This is a great place and I will be returning for my next pair of shoes. (2nd pair of shoes is 50% off)
