I was told by the courts that i had to appear over 50/50 medical reimbursement costs. I drove 60 miles to get here to only hear a pompous judge tell me that I am responsible for 50 percent. Taking no consideration of my abillity to pay. Suppot is already provided to my child in the amount of 593.00 a month leaving me with 1161.00 a month for all my expenses. I really think this is a bureaucratic waste. Why waste tax payers dollars and resourses. My fuel driving 60 miles. When their not even considering objecting partys evidence and they just issue Blanket judgements. If there is no option I cant see why they say you must appear in court. Obviously there just creating govt waste and propping up useless legal procedings.

Absolutely horrific and nightmarish the way this place is ran. They only care about getting money from the other parent. They do not take into account the childs well being and put my son into full custody with his abusive father, stripping me of my parental rights completely without any valid cause or factual information. They based everything completely off of hearsay because the father had a lawyer quoting nothing but words that he said and I was representing myself. I was not allowed to even speak on my behalf or for my child. I am now having to fight this with paperwork and still haven't received any response for over 6 months now. Very unorganized bs system.
