So easy for people to do fraud my sons credit card was used at this store without his knowledge . No one asked for ID obviously because they never used a pin. The only way we found out is because the first amount they tried to take was too high so they allowed this person to take smaller amounts four times instead. Be careful.

The customer service was amazing! A young man named “Sunday” helped me with everything and even helped guide me around the store overall experience 10/10.

Customer service is awesome. Most of the items are expensive in my opinion. Some of the clothing have durable material and the shoes are found in other stores as well. It's a skaters world I love my skateboard and he loves me LOL

As a customer but mostly as a former employee of Zumiez... I am disappointed in the lack of customer service this store displayed.There were only three workers (one at the register, the manager on the floor and another young women working somewhat of the front section) I was in there for a few hours taking my time shopping and never got acknowledged, nor did I receive not one step of the 7 steps experience. The young women said the same thing to everyone that walked in that it actually became distracting by how Scripted her greet became... It never went further than the same line... and when presented with a young crowd her language was disturbing. I am one who uses curse words in my every day language but the level of professionalism did not exist in those trivial conversations. The manager on duty was anti social, not pushing sells, not checking in with other employees or customers, not greeting, in fact on the phone and intentionally ducked off in the back corner. My visit was Sunday November 22...I am not one to go out of my way to write messages as such but y’all need to have a few meetings and organize your teams, your energy and your intentions. I spent $370 + dollars there and noticed my $50+ dollar hoodie had damage on top of my weak experience.I’m hoping when I return from vacation I will get a refund. Please take this advice and other ones. Working for such a great company with live energy, you should be investing and doing better.
