My go-to after work dinner choice. Lines can be a bit long and I have been asked more than a couple times to wait for something to be brought out to me, but the food is yummy... and it saves ME from cooking! ,😄

If you want to eat some fast foods ,this is better than other that only offers hamburgers and sandwiches. Pollo Tropical offers natural and real foods, you can see the blackbeans, the poultry on the grill and the rice and soup. It's good...

Disappointing. Wrap has 1 piece the size of a pinky of chicken. Sandwich also. As if the food prices come out of the employee pockets. Better off going to eat at a restaurant than Pollo. May be quick but ridiculous portion for price. Not coming back.
