For everyone who is complaining about the register lines and the fitting room closing at a certain time, they are understaffed. So unless you know someone who is interested in working, stop complaining. I had a family member who worked there and they have a lot on a plate since the floor coverage is rough. You guys are lucky that they even open the store, also it wouldn't kill you guys as customers to be nicer as well. Stop creating such messes, have some patience and MAYBE they would be able to have the fitting room open longer. Also understand that you cannot always get your way at the registers. People love to assume and get upset about things that are out of the staff's control. Aventura H&M keep doing a great job!

This H&M location seemed to have it’s limitations. First off, the fitting rooms were closed which was disappointing. I had a lot of clothes which I wanted to try on and now I would need to return if they don’t fit which can be quite inconvenient. When the fitting rooms are closed, I think it should be reasonable to bump returns to 60 days similar to other companies. The lines for check out were also very long so it took forever to get out of the store.

Limited selection. Not impressed with the inventory and options as they were very limited. That said all the staff was extremely helpful. Especially Thomas!! No fittings rooms still which is not convenient keeps this H&M from 5 stars.

H&M collection is always good, decent deals. The only problem i see is there shoe collection and beachwear. They can improve it for Miami stores.
