I’m really upset because I came here around 10:30AM and you guys open only at 11:00AM, Why don’t open at 10:00AM at least during the week days. It’s better for everyone who works to pass by earlier in the morning than in the middle. Please think about that.

Went to Lalush to have links removed from watch band. The incompetent “jeweler” destroys the brand new band and then says I brought it to him that way. I never witnessed such unethical behavior from. a business owner. Steer clear!!!! By the way, one star is too many, but i could not post no stars.

Jewelry Dr. Broke my $750 Louis Vuitton very rare key chain. Tried to use a cheap .50c replacement. This business owner then screamed at me saying it’s fake and he is not response. Tried to call him but he hung up on me and then sent these messages. I Will be pursuing this in small claims court. Not only is he incompetent he is a disgusting human being

Absolutely…that’s one of our specialties. There are designers and jewelers all over our 20,000 sq ft store. If you can dream it we can make it!

We close only for Passover first night, The high Holidays in Sept and the first two weeks of July. Our December hours are Tuesday thru Saturday til 6:39 and we will be open Sun and Monday right before Christmas
