I can guarantee that it’s a great place to buy your future home. I love the development and management team as well, they are very helpful and attuned to my needs. The trash is being picked up three times a week and recycling as well. All the landscaping is always trimmed nicely. Fabiola does an amazing job, so much work has been done since they changed the management team. I have been living at this community for 2 years and I’m truly satisfied with what it offers. You won’t regret your investment in this development.

I’ve lived in Aventi for years and I tell you it feels like I was on pelican bey maximum security. The rules of this community are not realistic and the lady at the front office named FABIOLA is the worst association manager an association could ever have. The deck has been damaged for over 2 years causing harm to the tenants living in the community. Some days the gate doesn’t work and there will be a line of vehicles waiting to get in, FABIOLA is the worst with people living in the community. There are no parking spots for your guest and don’t even think about having one over they will tow your car in a heart beat. I suggest you restart your search on finding a place to live because this is not it. The gym is subpar! And the pool is never clean. They fired the security guard and uses 24 hour cameras instead. There are also tenets with cameras in their windows due to the amount of car break ins. People also sale drugs on the property this property needs to be torn down and re renovated it is a total disaster TAKE MY WORD FOR IT

Beautiful apartments with a nice and big garage. The pool is really good and clean. There are a lot of green inside, a lot of trees, making the place really nice and comfy. The bad thing is that you can't fish in the pier due some reclamations 😤.
