Had a consultation with Brigidia for a full head balayage and color toner olaplex treatment blowout. She did such an amazing job with my hair. She was very patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. I was nervous about the cut but once I came home I needed that chop for my ends to be healthy. I love the color of my hair. I get so many compliments! Super happy I went into this salon I’m new to this area so it feels really good to have a new place. I’m showing before and after of my hair. ❤️

Worse experience ever! DO NOT use this salon. I made 3 hair appointments for myself and my daughters. I got Kelly. She took 5 minutes on my hair. In that 5 minuts, the desk staff came up to her about her next appointments, then even brought one of them back to her to discuss her blow out while Kelly was cutting my hair. She was obviously rushed and distracted and myhair paid for it. You can see in the picture it's just a chop job. Despite my daughters hair coming out okay- certainly not as chopped as mine- we will never use this salon again and actively advise against it if anyone asks if it is good.

I had intially scheduled a men's cut with Karla for 4:30 on Sunday. The day of my appointment, I received a call asking if I could come in much earlier, to which I complied since I wanted to keep my appointment. After I arrived punctually at the time asked, I was informed that Karla was unavailable and that someone else would be cutting my hair (Jennifer). I was displeased because I had scheduled an appointment with a specific stylist, AND had accomodated my schedule to the time requested by The Changing Room. Regardless, I had to wait nearly an hour until Jennifer came out. She seemed not to have much experience cutting men's hair, and kept asking me where to cut and if I wanted her to use "thinning scissors" or "layering," despite me explaining that I did not know which tools were necessary to achieve the style I explained I wanted. I felt disrespected by the lack of professionalism and concern for me as a customer. After my appointment, I received an email asking for my experience, which was completely ignored. I have no doubt posting publicly will warrant a response. This was my second time here, but I will definitely not return.

I have never gone to a professional salon before, so this was a first time experience for me. But first of all, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was lovely and very informative when I called during my search for a salon to do my hair at. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the receptionist gave me a recommendation on which stylist has handled curly hair best when it came to cutting and styling and she recommended Sabrina. Sabrina is awesome! She's very detailed and patient (as I have a lot of hair and it's thick) and my hair came out amazing! I hadn't been too sure what style or color I wanted my hair to be, i just knew I needed a change. Sabrina gave me suggestions that were along the lines about my original ideas while also keeping in mind the health of my hair. My hair doesn't feel dry by any means and it hasn't had any breakage. I highly recommend! Here's the before and after.

They have stylists at all experience levels, and prices are commensurate. They have 4 or so price levels. Also, cut and blowdry are separate.
