We had a superb experience with Linda yesterday. She was very patient while helping me find that perfect ring. And she demonstrated outstanding professionalism as she navigated us through the process. On top of all that, she figured out my origin in a heartbeat, which never happens in my case! I recommend this location and Sari, she was so helpful and friendly. My husband brought my engagement ring online and he received the wrong size . We went to our local Kay jewelers and they didn’t explain or offer us Options to fix the situation after having a rough and devastating day, feeling hopeless because the first location would not help us. My friend recommended me to go to the Aventura location, I spoke with Sari and explained everything that was going on and she went out of her way to fix the issue . We drove 1 hr but it was all worth it! I was able to leave with a beautiful ring . From now on my husband and I will be coming to this location and ask for Sari. She’s awesome ☺️💓!!!

The service was impeccable. In the same day I was able to get a ring and get it sized. Both the sales person and manager went above and beyond and I could not say more how pleased I beyond Thank you for giving me a beautiful ring and sizing it. And they even polished my old ring to match! They helped us to have a wonderful ten year anniversary!
