My initial contact with a rep there was good, but went downhill after everything was signed. Something was included in my settlement that shouldn’t have been, my rep told me no problem, they would remove it and I’d just get things paid off sooner. It never got removed, which has affected other low/no balance credit cards not included in the settlement. I can’t access my portal, I emailed the rep almost two weeks ago and never got a response, emailed Clear One over a week ago and never heard back so replied to an unrelated email they sent me last week (nothing yet), and forget about calling them: I’ve tried several times and give up after the 45 minutes on hold mark. Really sorry I went with them at this point.

They screwed me for sure the man that toke all my information also toke $400 out of my acct knowing I did not quafily and refuses to send mend a copy of what was given to him by phone
Once they promise you that they will take care of your debts and you give access to your bank account..you will see how quickly they change.

With their deceptive recruiting, they are talking on more clients than they can handle. Sounds a lot like greed.
