With all of the poor communication, mismanagement, and deceptive sign up practices, why an average of 4 stars? Is it just like BBB where Clear One Advantage is telling clients to post positive reviews to counteract negative reviews? Or naive people?
im contemplating on signing up i do see good reviews but i wont be totally surprised if they are bogus reviews but the facts still remain i still owe the money
