Tired of showing my ID when I go in there like it's a head shop or something. They refused me the restroom even though I buy alot of products. So no I won't be making the trip to Jonesboro anymore..marion has better selections and poeple are more friendly..

I bought a ooze battery from the Vapor maven at 1841 E Highland drive in Jonesboro, AR. It wouldn't turn on, and so we tried to take it back in. The lady at the counter continued to tell me it worked, even though it wouldn't light up, and when i asked if i could exchange or refund it, she said she wouldn't because it works fine. However, it doesn't turn on at all. I asked why she couldn't give me a return or exchange for it if it DOESN'T turn on. I asked for a company number to talk to someone else, and she hung up on me. Her name was Sierra. She should be fired, I work in customer service and this isn't it. Do NOT reccomend
