Mike, Jimmy B, and Cesar were so great! Mike the salesman was so helpful and SO patient in the scorching heat because I hard a difficult time making my final decision. Cesar and Jimmy B were fantastic with the number breakdown and just making me feel comfortable and I never felt pressured. They really took care of me and I’m happy with my new Charger. Highly recommend visiting this dealership.

I ordered a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Victorville Motors. Great communication along the process. Jonathan and Tabatha were very accommodating when the Jeep arrived and the purchase was completed. We are very happy with our vehicle.

I had a dead battery and needed a replacement to get to LA for a funeral. I stopped at Victorville Motors without a service appointment and met the Service Advisor, Dave. Dave promptly assessed my problem, verified that Victorville Motors had the replacement battery in stock, and arranged to have it installed. I was in and out in less than an hour and made it to the church on time. Great service, good pricing, and a polite and hard working staff. Thanks to Dave and his crew. I recommend Victorville Motors 100%.

Best experience possible. I was treated like family right off the bat. I was kept informed during the entire process for ordering my 2022 Jeep Renegade. I was kept in the loop from order to production, shipping, arrival, and ready for paperwork and pickup. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me along the path of ordering and buying my first car. Everything on my vehicle was exactly as I ordered and I absolutely love it.

Call Chrysler Corporate and explain your issue with them. They will contact the dealer regarding your issue. If the issue is still not resolved to your satisfaction, contact BAR - Bureau of Automotive Repair. Good Luck.
Was it "sold as is"& what model of vehicle is it.
When you have an issue and the dealer can't fix it, you call corporate, then begin action under the lemon law.
They're still backed up!
Maybe it's something else. People tend to project frustrations on places.
Not sure about that I do know that you can order apart online but I do believe you have to go there to pick it up but your best bet would be to call Victor Valley Motors and let them tell you their process regarding this matter because that would be the best way all the way around
Depends on your credit, we have not so good credit and put $5000 down, but we bought a brand new $30,000 truck, it all depends on what your willing to spend, payments etc.... I do know that its easier to lease with a 0 down
Only masks required, i saw no one dissinfecting anything inside the dealership, i did see them dissinfecting incoming cars for servicing to protect themselves from us. They forgot to reset the oil life indicator in my cherokee, i had to go to youtube to find out how and reset it myself.
I will never buy another car from them they screwe you over
Don't understand questions why so late
Some Vehicles come with spare tires and some don't a lot of it has to do with balance to weight ratio and of course cost. If you look on the Maroney / MSR piece that was attached to the window it will let you know whether your vehicle was supposed to have a spare tire or a tire inflation kit. But as long as your model was equipped with a space for a spare tire I would highly suggest getting one.
