Call Chrysler Corporate and explain your issue with them. They will contact the dealer regarding your issue. If the issue is still not resolved to your satisfaction, contact BAR - Bureau of Automotive Repair. Good Luck.
If they refuse to honor what was talked about at the dealership level contact Dodge corporate customer service see if they can't assist you.
I would talk to the manager. if they don't help you go above them and so on.
Something isn't right here. There has to be a basic warranty unless it was something you agreed to. I would want to see the sales manager, if not. The sales and service folks were nothing but super courteous and made sure my needs were met when I bought my new Dodge Ram 3500. The Service Department has been great, too.
Go back and insist they fix it and will. Talk to Tommy
