Was it "sold as is"& what model of vehicle is it.
Unfortunately I'm sorry to hear that I didn't know that the motor company in Victorville was really that disabled and doing business with individual such as yourself my best bet is to follow up with them and get to the bottom of it and have them fix it immediately too much money too much time and effort spent they know perfectly well people don't have money these days especially to buy a new car he let alone a used car call him up man and demand them to give you the satisfaction you deserve that's bad business on their part
Buy new warranty is a big help, or certified
If you bought as is DONT GIVE UP.... they will fix it eventually. It could take several times trying. Keep going to the managers boss, they will get tired of you complaining and fix it

Is it normal for this dealership to have a vehicle for 2 1/2 days and not touch it for service?
