I wouldn't suggest this complex to anyone. When prices normally come down in the winter things got bad with housing they raised prices and flat out said it. So when people are struggling they make a point to line their own pockets. If you don't smoke cigarettes or if you have children I strongly suggest you don't live here. They allow people to smoke within several feet of the windows of our apartments which is also where you park so I constantly leave and arrive to a cloud of smoke at my car door. I live on the 3rd floor and they will fill my apartment up with smoke regularly, so the 1st and 2nd floor must be worse. That also means the children have nowhere to go to escape the smoke either. For what they charge for this apartment and what I deal with it's obviously not worth it as cigarettes are a hard line for me and will have to move at the end of my 1st lease to end this problem.

Can't say I have any major complaints. I lived here for a year. You get one assigned parking space. The parking lot can get full if you come back late with your second car, but what apartment complex has ample parking anyways? The living space was fine. Management office staff are nice people. The only issue I had was in one of the bathrooms in our unit, there was ZERO air flow unless you left the exhaust fan on all day. My towels were never dry, until I bought a dehumidifier. There was also very little air flow in general. For whatever reason, other apartments I've lived in (which similarly had no vents or central air) had better humidity release. So that's my chief complaint. Attached to this review is a graph I built of the average price of a Hathaway Court apartment throughout the year I was there. Basically you lock in a lease at the price you got the first month. I neglected to get the numbers for 3-bed units and condos. It also only targets those specific dates, so there may have been more fluctuation. But you can see the trend, and what time of year is best for locking in your lease price. If there isn't a data point on a specific date for a specific type of apartment, there weren't any available on that day. For example, there were large stretches of time where a 2-bed/2-bath wasn't available.

We love this place. We have lived here almost 3 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Maintenance is fast and courteous, especially Mike! Never had someone come in and do such a thorough job! The office staff is truly wonderful and are always they for help when needed. The office hosts tons of events through the year for the residents and it feels so much more like an extended family rather than a complex. One of the office workers even helped do my 5 year old daughters makeup for Halloween! They are just great. We moved here from out if state and have never felt so at home. So much, we moved our sister here too! Give this place a try, you wont regret it.

Wow. Just wow. This place was amazing to move into, but once we had been there some time the staff became HORRIBLE. I have never experienced anything like this. We constantly received extremely rude phone calls about "our dog barking" when the dog was gone, or we were home and there was no noise. When we had packages stolen from our porch they told us "too bad". Also they tried charging us late fees for our rent when we paid on time. We did not receive any notice about move out, and when we did move out they were awful. We went above and beyond to make sure our apartment was spotless, but our review came back saying they kept our security deposit, and that we owed money. Reasons being, "dust inside washing machine, dirt on sliding door track". I loved the location of the apartments, but the staff completely ruins the experience. Absolutely terrible people. Avoid at all costs.
