Horrible place. Horrible disrespectful rude staff. Mom was transferred by the hospital there until her surgery date. She was there maybe a half hour before we demanded she be elsewhere. The staff was down right nasty to her while getting her settled. Expected her to walk when her ankle is so badly broken that it can’t stay in the socket. Wouldn’t allow me to even bring her a bottle of water or go into her room. And then when I was allowed to come back which wouldn’t have been for like 4 hours, I can’t even bring a drink in for myself. Her roommate for the short maybe hour she was there was having a horrific experience as well. Avoid this place at all cost.

Both the nursing staff and office staff have bent over backwards to help with my mother's transition to this facility. I can't say enough good about the kindness shown, the welcome extended and the quality of care she is receiving! THANK YOU all for being there to help my Mom and to also help calm my own anxieties about this move! Keep up the good work!!

Care is minimal, food has been mediocre in the past.

My mother was in rehab at this so called care facility and was unable to get to the bathroom unaided. She waited for over 30 minutes twice and could not wait any longer and attempted to get out of bed twice and fell both times. The excuse offered by staff was they were short staffed. INEXCUSABLE! THEY HAVE ONE JOB; TO KEEP PEOPLE SAFE. I WOULDN'T SEND ANYONE THERE!
