Very bad I took an 86-year-old disabled person who had no food and unfortunately she did not take her I'd because she lost them, she did not coordinate her mind. The coordinator denied the food. He is an oriental man with white hair. I repeated several times that if he could make an exception for her because she needs the food a lot, but he emphatically said NO. Come back with the ID. I had to drive like almost 1 45 min.To get to the place I also told him that the person urgently needed food because she doesn't have, I feel sad to return her empty-handed with nothing for her home. while I was waiting to move my car I observed very young oriental people arriving and take Food who did not show Señor I ask me if they were given food maybe they are friends or relatives with the coordinator to they he make an exception.

Volunteering at the Food Bank was an awesome experience for me.
Big wave Dave
It is a very nice place very clean and professional. I never been there before and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs help and food. I hope to volunteer their and encourage everyone to do the same.

Your identification age 65...
Fill out application there. Need 2 forms of ID, something with you name and address on it also, proof of income. Hours of operation, call or visit website.
Take it to your nearest food drive or go over to Sacred Hearts Church
No both
For the most part this is a distribution warehouse for food pantries and other programs; not a place to go to for the individual. There is a program for seniors aged 60 or over to pick up a box of food here once a month if the individual meets the low income guidelines. This food is a variety of canned and boxed food approved by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.
Not at this location. This is where representatives of Food Kitchens and Panties go to.
Awesome organization for efficiently and courteously getting food to those who are in need! God bless them for their hard consistent efforts! IJN!!
It only took me a few moments to sign up in line about a month ago. You just need your ID.
As far as I know yes, was just there on the 12th. Tons of donations being brought in. Just bring a mask
No, this place is for non profit and religious organizations
They always need volunteers. Give them a call.
Open M-F ~ Once you can show you're on assistance {SocSec, MediCare, Medi-Cal, food stamps, etc}, and you have your proof of residence, you can receive food that day, and placed on your 1st monthly appt. ~ There are no assigned days for you, because appts are set new each month ~
Need to be 65 or older, to sign up and they will assign dates for you to come in and pick up or have someone to pick up for you,
You will need paperwork showing that you live where you live will there be a bill electric bill gas bill water bill cable bill your ID
Yes you can, there always in need of volunteers call or stop in.
From our volunteering experience the role is to assist in the preparation of the food boxes and insert items in each box, distribution might be done by other teams at other times.
The food comes in big carton box, the helper will put in the trunk
