Hi Elaine, As of March 17, 2020, the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore has suspended its Friday USDA Distribution until further notice and suspended visitation to the Foodbank. We are still in operation and will provide food in a modified distribution model at alternative locations, which will be announced by Thursday, March 19, 2020. If you're asking how do you demonstrate need, the only requirement is that you ARRIVE BETWEEN the hours of 9am and 11am on a Friday--don't late.

All you have to do is be in line by 9 with photo id. People get there early but food is the same no more or no less from start to finish. I think cut off is at 11 a.m.
