Not at all Hilton quality. The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The doors were literally off the hinges, the coils were sticking out of the mattress on the pull out; when we left somebody left their mattress in the hallway it was so bad. They would not clean the room, The shower curtain had what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on it, the hallways were covered in trash, the elevators were disgusting. The water pressure was ridiculous. There was no ice the entire time we stayed there, they said there was a shuttle to Disneyland, not true. It was the city bus. Horrible and embarrassing place to stay

Room was okay. Bathroom door did not lock. Only provided 3 towels for 4 guests. No blankets on sofa bed meant kids were very cold. Lock for west exterior door of hotel was non-functioning, which means anyone could walk into our first floor hallway anytime day or night. Fitness center had 5 or 6 treadmills and a rack of dumbells.

The facility is pretty run down. The secondary elevator is broken with no effort or communication towards repair. The breakfast was pretty good but the selection was much lower than other hotels I stay in. The real issue is the Disney shuttle that picks up next door. The service wasn't on time a single time this week. We spent over 3 hours waiting at bus stops due to inaccurate schedules. The hotel needs to pressure the transit to shape up because a number of people staying the hotel we're unhappy. The staff was really good, I would say they are responsible for 2 of the 3 stars.

Well, the best part of the stay was breakfast included, and a spacious suite that fit our 7 person family. The rooms are well insulated and I rarely heard anyone outside of our room. The queen beds were comfortable. So many areas of opportunity though: Transit: ART (Anaheim transit)was unreliable unpredictable and ruined our first day at Disney due to the wait time. The 2 mile walk would’ve done my family in there and back so that was not an option. Parking: $20/day is why we opted to try ART, because paying for Disney parking and hotel parking is just too much for our budget. Quality: the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. There was hair and dirt in the corners and hair in the bathtub drain. The rooms look very run down and need renovation. The rollaway beds were really uncomfortable and my daughter could barely get comfortable on the spring mattress on the sofa bed. Air mattresses would have been more comfortable. We would have liked our room to be cleaned daily but didn’t feel safe leaving personal belongings because there was no safe provided. It was the most affordable stay I could find so we went with it but next time I will save more money so we can stay somewhere closer and nicer When my sister stayed here years ago she raved about it, free Disney shuttle, great rooms, great breakfast. Too bad so much has changed.

There are two large parks located within walking distance from the hotel. Pioneer Park and Westhaven Park. There is also a school with a fairly large field located almost directly behind the hotel. There is definitely places to walk a large dog in the area. Additionally, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach are both very nice beaches that are fairly close and well worth the drive.
I have had the opportunity to check in early. Not always, but early notification helps
Hmm...not sure...And?
Target right across the street.
I didn't see any roaches.
Yes.
Hotel parking is decent to accomodate enough parking for guests and the shuttles were a good size at times they had small ones and the largest was the size of a city bus. Parking was $15 a day and we paid $9.00 for 1 child and 1 adult for the shuttle.
The walk to Disneyland is about a mile.
