The rooms rates were very affordable for being this close to Disneyland. All of the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and quiet. They served a full complementary breakfast that was better than expected. We would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future.

We went to our room and it had not been cleaned. The beds were still dirty and the last patrons room key was on the dresser. We called down to the main desk and they immediately upgraded our room for no additional cost. Breakfast buffet is up and has a good selection. Servicing your room is on request only. You have to pay for parking. Very close to Disneyland and there is a bus stop across the street that will take you to the park.

I am staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Garden Grove right now! I have stayed at 5 ⭐ hotels that didn't even come close to how amazing the staff were at this hotel! I ❤️ to travel and I would say hands down, this is the most amazing, friendly, helpful staff/hotel I've ever stayed at. My son got the dreaded "virus" and we didn't want everyone in our room to be exposed. Grandma stayed with him and me and my other son rented a second room. They not only gave me an amazing deal for the second room, they also came and completely sanitized/cleaned/replaced everything once he was over it!

Extremely disappointed. Found a hair in shower upon check in. Five minutes later found another hair on the counter behind the coffee maker. While the management claims that they fully sanitize every area in the hotel, it’s worrisome that the cleaning staff missed two hair in two different spots. Informed front desk and received a scripted reply that cleaning staff will be informed . It sounded pretty insincere. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Having apprehension about staying at any Hampton inn in future.
