The Hilton Garden Inn n Garden Grove, CA is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The front desk personnel, Wilson and Mary Anne were always happy and very helpful. The restaurant manager, Karl was terrific in helping me stick with my restrictive diet. These people are great! If you are looking for a quiet and friendly place to stay this is it. They are doing remodeling but it never bothered my wife and I.

If you're planning on going to Disney, this is a good location to stay because of just that, the location. I guess we got what we paid for but staff were always overwhelmed and the breakfast was okay. Pool was dirty constantly with no towels readily available and housekeeping didn't even refill our toilet paper

I was weary about staying here, considering the negative reviews. However, we had a great stay. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. The customer service was 100% on point. They didn't have records of me paying for my hot breakfast, but they gave it to me anyways without a fuss or fight. It's true the front doors are locked, but they have a bell for you to ring to get help, and you can unlock it with your room key. It is not the most chic or upgraded hotel, but for the price point the stay was much better than expected, you cant go wrong booking here if you're looking for a CLEAN budget hotel close to disney (though I wouldn't walk to Disney, as it's about a 10 minute drive though it is on the same street.) The only "complaint" I have is the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but again for the price point you may as well bring extra pillows or even request them. They had no issue bringing extra pillows to our room. I would book here again if I was booking a budget family trip.

The service is amazing, nice little quiet hotel. About 10 mins from Disney, the shuttle comes right in front of the hotel no hassle or worries. Breakfast buffet was great, the food was really good and again super quiet and nice. The hotel is walking distance to target and other food places to eat. I love the fact they had a refrigerator so our snacks were nice and fresh. The pool and spa were empty and quiet, perfect to wind down after a long day of walking. Definitely coming back.
