unhappy with a couple of things. deli had fried chicken on sale but wouldn't sell us the sale chicken saying they were all out of it. The only one she can sell was the one not on sale. what!! I mentioned there is plenty of fried chicken cooked and response was they are different brands. I gave up. Also glad I had downloaded their digital coupons because they were not advertised on the shelf but only showed full price on everything. Other Vons stores don't do either of the above. No surprises to the customer.

Be careful when shopping at this Vons if you are handicap 😔 they have big signs on the door that you can enter in one entrance and exit at the other entrance BUT I guess at night they close the entrance side with no signs and only have the exit side to enter and exit so I parked at the entrance end for shorter walk for me NOT😡Not only did I have to walk to the other end to enter in the exit I asked for a mobility kart just to be told their ONE scooter was broken and down for a while. SORRY THEY SAID. Asking why did they have their door locked to a couple of employees and the security guard. The security guard got very rude with me about he had nothing to do with it 😒 if that were the case WHY SAY ANYTHING AND BE RUDE TO A CUSTOMER. I would have walked out and not shopped if it wasn't for the fact needed things for my husband recovering from eye surgery.

The bakery is always baking good stuff, this is an ideal place to purchase a dessert. I have and have not been disappointed. The floral department is an added plus. I purchased a sympathy card and realized the floral department was an option. Saved me a trip to a flower shop. Bring your patience, the lines are sometimes long. Other than that, you can count on array of food options.

I forgot three items and while I literally ran to get them, the cashier loaded my whole cart and run it up, bagged it and back in the cart ..dudes were really helpful. I didn't catch a name but the guy had glasses and worked Thursday night. My "go-to" store :) Thanks guys!! 🙂
