Everything about this Ralphs is great. Great selection of products. Fresh. Good prices. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I had witnessed someone returning perishables @ check out. I didn't think perishables were returnable. Do they go back on the floor or thrown out? I hope, for health reasons, they're thrown out and not put back on the floor. Who knows if the perishable foods were kept refrigerated/frozen before it was returned. Also, I understand friendly service but to keep chatting with a customer about personal stuff while there's obviously a long line is not cool.

Needed some quick pick-up of ice. No idea where the ice was. Asked at the deli. The lady was making a sandwich and I asked her for directions, she was so polite and helpful!! Checked out at the “Self-Check”. Nice and fast. Thanks deli lady!! Enjoy.
