OPEN THE POOL!!! It’s been 2 months since the maintenance guy said that pool would be open in 2 weeks because of inspection because the chlorine was too high but it’s more than 2 weeks and we want to get in the kids too because sometimes it’s too hot to be inside, I live in apartment 60

Had 2 friends that lived here. Both had a roach problem they also would not fix anything. I personally read a Leasing agreement where the landlord had marked out a lot of verbiage in the lease agreement and wrote in things. This place is literally slum Lord run complex. Not even worth the price. Personally witness both friends request/contact maintenance and management and neither one responded nor fixed problems for several weeks later. I would Not Recommend this place to any one.

Michelle is awesome. The whole moving process was easy. Living at the Bungalows feels great especially having Michelle as a manager. She does everything she can to ensure our stay is great. Her communication is professional and I appreciate the welcome basket that was given to us. overall, Michelle has gone over beyond what she needed to do and I appreciate her for addressing our problems.

I wanted to make a shoutout to Michelle. She's a hard working, very professional manager. She's very welcoming and goes the extra mile to help her tenants. We know she's juggling a lot of work right now but she makes sure our problems are addressed.
