Worst experience, horrible service. Alex Hernandez told us we would only be charged $240 for the hour of service (their hourly rate is 240/hr) yet we were charged 1.5 hrs when it came to paying, and the front desk woman was very rude. I don’t recommend!! We had to get rid of our car since it was really damaged and we were only given 15 MINUTES to get our belongings. After going through such a traumatic experience they are so NOT understanding. Only one person is allowed to go in to get belongings for 15 minutes. It’s absurd and evil.

My favorite beach on earth. It’s so awesome. The stairs to it are gone. They rusted away. To nothing. So it’s semi dangerous to get down there but there is a rope. If your up to it. Go here. It’s truly beautiful. Also Has tide pools good times

Called to have my car towed locally, only about a mile from point A to B. $130+ plus mileage fee. I called a random tow service from around the area and paid way less. If you’re looking for a simple tow just call literally anywhere else lol

jacked me around for two days and think they can treat people like this. i supplied them with confirmed acceptable paperwork and still don't have my car. because they think it's ok to mess with people livelihood because someone in their office wants to keep my car for themselves
