As a woman it's hard to find a good and reliable auto shop and I'm always skeptical. Right off the bat, I was greeted by their amazing staff members who made me feel comfortable. They explained everything my car needed, while physically showing me. I felt at ease with the whole experience. I've gone there about 3 times now, and never once did I leave feeling as if I was taken advantage of. Will definitely be taking all my car needs here. Quality work, fair prices, and kind staff.

Edit: Changed to 1 star. While there it seemed like a good place with honest people. After going to other mechanics for similar fixes I found that this place had been overcharging me and saying I needed fixes I really didn't. Can't recommend it now. They will also give (or at least did at one point) you a discount for a 5 star review, which is probably why there are so many. Original review (now outdated, check edit): I'm new in town, and they were quick and helpful on an oil change and getting me the parts I needed. They're family owned and operated too, so it's always good to support local.

I got a flat tire on a very hot Sunday (they are open on Sunday until 3pm), with my 5 yr old and my 7 mos old in the backseat. While I waited on AAA to help me put on the spare, I called John at Tire Pros to see if they could get me a used tire and he did me a favor and special ordered my tire from a neighboring shop because he did not have one in stock. When I got there, he was very accommodating to my son, who had a million questions, and he fixed my tire promptly. He let me know I needed new tires (which I already knew) and told me he would get a really good deal. I will definitely be back to get those tires when I get a chance. I let all my friends know about him. :)
