we stood in line at the checkout for a very long time, despite the fact that the store is good - the employees who sit at the checkout are very slow, at best, one checkout or two maximum. It's a pity that there is such poor management and no respect for their customers. claim - open more cash desks when you have huge queues of customers - respect the time of your customers!

Great, large, clean well stocked Asian market. Meat is fresh and produce crisp. Prices I haven't seen better in the valley. Chinese restaurant just outside on the right side has the best roast BBQ meats and a full standard Chinese menu for takeout or dine in. Awesome!

I like this place! While it's not the largest Asian grocery store, it's also not the smallest. As a North Americanised Filipino, I come here to make all my Flip dishes! Especially when your average North American grocery doesn't have it, these guys will! There a large selection of fish and mean and seafoods along with a good variety of fruits and vegetables. Parking is very tight even on a good day. Stay safe out there my friends and please, be kind to one another!

NOT FOR 99 RANCH but for the BF Bakery inside the grocery. Bought a cake just to find out it is full of molds!!! Cannot find the receipt so we did not bother to return, but this cake went straight to the trash bin. Looks like they don't follow food safety protocols. Stay away.

Of course, they'll cut pducts to your specifications. Don't forget to check out the rest of store.
I think they do, it might be cheaper to buy it from Wal mart or Target.
Cash, debit o credit card, no cheques , they don't accept checks
Ranch 99 is one of the best Asian store in the valley. People come here for wide varieties, less expensive products, fresh produce and good quality meats and seafood. It's just natural to have a line when people pack the place. 7 checkout lines are always full especially on weekends. To avoid lines, come early or after 2pm. Otherwise, it's not management, it's just pretty famous and people will just have to be patient.
I seen some drinks that had a marble in the bottle. They had HK on them.
Yiran, express combos are available at the hot deli counter throughout the day, from around opening hours, till evening. Afterwards, this market marks hot deli items for reduced price. Lunchtime, between 11 am and 2 PM would be a good time to get a premium express combo, when it's fresh. Good luck!
Yes, they do sometimes..... Mostly, though they carry rare exotic leafy greens & different types of (plant, veggie, & tree) Roots.👍💯
💯 🐔 🔪 Place, your order ahead of time! Either, stop in (with Google translator READY)& request what part of animal or bird you prefer, because these parts SELL QUICKLY/ OR ARE USUALLY RESERVED FOR SOUP STOCK! Hope this helps!
Yes for tapioca pearls, but not sure about taro powder.
You can go to the website to make an online order for pick-up, I'm very sure you can't call in for pick-up
You can order online for delivery though if you go anywhere near the store you will have to enter it
I dunno exact but after work like 5 pm to 6 or 7 pm they are still open...food is good n not expensie...my favorite snack food before dinner there are the dim sum dishes about 1.60 each for two shrimp pork rolls in soup sauce or four pieces of Shui Mai or steam pork balls ......
I've never seen dried bamboo leaves, but I know they have banana leaves.
They have limited hours on Thanksgiving. The best thing to do is call them and find out. Have a great and blessed Thanksgiving
Yes they were.
I've seen the pickled bamboo shoots only in large packets in the refrigerated section for cooking only. Not sure about the snack section.
Yes
They have these items in stock. Ask the staff and show them the product names: 糯米粉 (sticky rice flour) and 太白粉 (potato starch), if necessary.
I do, yes, and they do sell it at this store. The myth that MSG is bad for everyone has been proven false by almost all studies of it, unless you're the very few who are actually allergic to it (highly unlikely). Many people in Asia eat MSG in their food daily and are just fine, if not even healthier than many Americans. :)
Any liquor store will sell you phone cards to call around the world as well. For video use Skype or ICQ is good too. Hope it helps..
What Chris said...Google corporate, get number/e-mail and ask.
Go to H Mart, Galleria Market (or Hankook Market under same ownership), Hannam Chain, Zion Market, California (Gaju) Market, or even Greenland Market.
Of course, fresh ones. They also normally have frozen ones in the freezer, too.
Yes. Chinese dont follow white people calendar. Their new year is February
I have seen quail and duck but not ostrich. You best bet for ostrich eggs is a little roadside market in Palmdale off the 138.
Next time bring the fish back and your receipt.
Yes
Yes they do you have to check out the prices cuz it could be $20 or more.
Yes
