I have had two orders through UPrinting, about a year apart. The first order was smooth and flawless. The process to upload and make our items was easy and simple. The product arrived on time and correct. - The second order was just as simple to order, but the quality control of the second order would have warranted one star. I called the office and got customer support and sent them pictures of the bad items. Customer support said that the items were in fact defective and they would rush the order and ship on "their dime" Great! After the dead line came and gone and a second call to customer support they said that they would get it right out. The items arrived one day early that the second date, but a week late from the first date. The items would very good, like the first order and of high quality. I am giving 4 stars because of the quality control of the second order and having to call customer support for a second time on a rush order to fix their problem. Will I use them again: YES, Is there product and prices good: YES. Are there issues that they could fix: YES.
