This is the worst clinic. The doctors are nice, but the clinic has no value. Mostly nurses hang up the phone on me, and this is disrespectful!

Absolute worst medical office I've ever had in my whole life. I became their patient in April/May 2020, it took MONTHS of calling (my last attempt was in November) and appointments just to try to get the REFERRAL to see an optometrist. My doctor and the entire staff kept telling me to keep calling again in a couple weeks and that I didn't need a referral, but every time I called VSP (the optometrist line) the person on the phone would say the same thing every time, which was that I needed a referral from my doctor first. I called VSP and my doctors office a dozen times about this and in the end they just told me the same incorrect information despite that I told them they were wrong and should double check this because I've just been in a loop for 5-6 months, they were never able to get me to see a optometrist, trying to set up an appointment with my doctor (and just a phone call appt since covid) took 2-3 weeks. It sucked and was insane how poorly organized this place was. Whenever I was able to speak to someone they had attitude, I heard my doctor yell at some staff on a couple occasions, he was snippy with me sometimes too. I was just totally uncomfortable, felt like they didn't care about me at all, and that they had no idea what they were doing. Oh and when I was prescribed some vitamin D, I went to the pharmacy to pick it up after my doctor told me that it would be covered under my insurance and it took an hour and a half for the pharm-techs to tell me that my doctor was wrong, that I had to pay for the prescription and that my doctor actually sent the wrong one so I couldn't even get anything that day after waiting for so long. I am so glad to be leaving this place, I hated dealing with them, go anywhere else.

Always friendly and chill staff, quick and easy, never wait more than 10 minutes. Coming from a place with 1+ hour wait times daily, this is heaven. Everyone is really cool and helpful. Thanks everyone!

The woman on the phone was so rude to me just now, totally blew me off and what I was inquiring about and transfered to a number that just rang and rang and rang.
