They let our bill go over 4500 before they shut off. Not in a timely manner. We are low-income. I guess they are hurting for money. Taking from the poor!!

Absolutely the worst service that I have been provided ever. I'm going to spend two days in a house with no electrical because they do not do same-day service no exceptions. I bet if the supervisor needs something they will do same day service. I can understand that there's rules and there's protocol, but there's another thing it's called extraordinary set of circumstances. "There's nothing we can do, we don't provide same day service." That should be the slogan of our "beloved" dwp. Zero stars... Horrible

No If they're coming to your house they should obviously have that information with them not asking you for that unless they're just trying to verify the last four numbers but no I would follow up calling just to verify
It depends if the sealant sends energy friendly it depends to say on the box
I also have a Solar Power system at my house and the way it was explained to me is easy. *Login to your DWP account online, preferably on a desktop because it's harder to navigate using a mobile platform. *Lookup your Payment History. Should allow you to lookup more then a year ago. *Compare your bill from the time you didn't have Solar Power System installed. *Don't look at your overall bill because it also includes Water and Sanitation charges. Just look at the Electric usage and amount billed. You should see a big difference between what you were paying before your Solar Power System compared to now. Hope this helps.
Get on line and go to water distric antelope valley water deparment and the will ask some questions abot your billing address and the give you a copy of yu own then over i mail!!!

I would call a plumber to check if it's your regulator going bad or if its possible the sprinklers are not installed before the regulator.
You have to bring the other person with your identification and probably the payment and a check 🍀😀
Try just putting your name if it is a pre-paid card with no name. If it is a card with someone else's name then just try putting their name and as long as you have the correct number it should work. If not then,, sorry you may need to try something else. Worst case if it don't work after you tried you may be able to bring the person with their Identification Catd to the DWP payment office.
