Problem: An overly loud noise is heard through out my home when the outdoor water sprinklers are on. Questions: Does the DWP have too high a pressure going to resident's home or have service personnel to read a residence's pressure regulator?

I would call a plumber to check if it's your regulator going bad or if its possible the sprinklers are not installed before the regulator.
