Please update your hours here and for Halloween city also. I just went here and they told me party city closes at 8pm and Halloween city at 9pm but when I went to the other store they said they close. and I wasn't the only one asking. Please update so people don't drive over and get turned away . Thank you

Very unhappy with the customer service at this location. Long lines only one cashier working while the manager was texting in front of her cash register and another employee just standing doing anything . Alot of customers were complaining asking the manager how come they wouldn't open more cash registers and she said help is on the way. Which was a big lie because after she was done texting she opened up a cash register and then the other employee that wasn't doing anything also opened up . So the help on the way was her . But she had to finish her personal issues before opening up.

The store was very disorganized and the wait to get to the register was pretty horrendous. The staff was courteous but it seemed like they were overwhelmed and the manager wasn't doing anything to help. I know Halloween is just around the corner, but as a business they know this time of year is going to be nuts. How bout doing more some prep work?
