The Preston Automotive transition has taken great service and made it even better. Saturday parts and service hours starting Sept 10 is a big plus!

The service department tried to pull a fast one on me. We have an extended warranty program and they called to tell me that my warranty company wasn't going to cover the hours it took to repair my car, so instead of my $200 deductible, I would owe over $500. The warranty company goes by a national average for repair hours and they wanted double that. After telling them they I was coming to pick my vehicle up and take it somewhere else, they miraculously were able to do it for the amount my warranty would cover. And to top it off, it took a few days longer than they initially told the repair would take.

I'm pretty sure no. What ever you buy they won't work with you in getting a car with bad or poor credit. It would be great if they had a special program to help people with bad credit. Also repair work is very expensive.
Yes! We are always looking for dependable pre owned cars and trucks to purchase!
Yes! We make keys for a 2006 PT Cruiser! Please bring the car if you can to the service department or if you need the key to start it. Bring your proof of ownership, title or registration card to our parts department and they should be able to help!
I understand the frustrations and feeling this must cause someone however if its over advertising they probably have an old phonebook, purchase an outdated lead sheet, or the person made a prior purchase with their company or manufacturers. Otherwise if owed money they would not know this information unless the power of attorney that should've contacted all indebted parties did not contact and inform them of the situation. But again, understand why this is bothersome and may god bless.
Just found out too late (insurance company had a repair shop use non-CDJ parts ) that actual CDJ parts have a manufacturer's warranty even if they're installed by somebody else. So if you have the option of getting actual mopar parts even if they're more expensive it's probably a good idea.
