I had went to get the underwear deals and I went this time cause I had a gift card. I didn't have my angel card so I had to have the lady scan my ID. But instead of using that to get my points she had charged my angel card instead. I had to do a return, and get charged with my gift card. I had asked her before I left it's not gonna charge me on my angel card then right? and she said yes. Guess you just got a billing statement in the mail.

The sale associates are exceptional at Dover Mall. However, the customers are rude and inconsiderate. Management should make cashier line one way in and one way out and not split until you reach the cashier. This way inconsiderate people do not have an opportunity to cut the line. It is frustrating to wait in a line for more than five minutes and then get skipped by a rude, inconsiderate adult acting like a child that does not desire to wait their turn.

This store compared to the store in the Christiana Mall is very disappointing! The sizes aren't organized, tops and bottoms that should go together aren't together, and there would be plenty of tops but no bottoms or plenty of bottoms and no tops! Honestly I wish this were my only complaint! We applied for a credit card and was approved for $300, so we wanted to put $300 of our bill on the credit card and the rest of the balance on our debit card, which they said no problem. Well when we got home to check our balances online they had put the entire balance on our debit card! Also for every $125 you spend you received a blanket, we got only 1 instead of 3. After all that I started to wrap our gifts and to my surprise I not only found one sercurity tag left on but 6!!!!! And they were left on big items that you know would have them, all 3 hoodies, 2 pants, and a pair of pajamas were all left with them!!!! I didn't have time to take them back and get them removed because of the holiday, so I had to remove every single one myself!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to remove one of those? I wish I had just went to the one in Christiana Mall!! They are always organized, helpful, and security tags are never left on, even when busy!!!!!!!
