Great facility located just off Dupont Hwy 8n southern Dover. The facility itself is nice and clean. The fields are well maintained and several to choose from. The turf field is very nice, great condition and close to full size. Just 30 yards smaller than a full size field. This is a great place for leagues and teams. Also has a small bleacher section for fans.
Winifred Way
One great facility for Athletics. Indoor Pickle Ball.

Refuse to maintain all of their parks. Edit:I've ve reached out on multiple occassions and the county has given different excuses as to the park not being cleaned up and opened to the tax payers. They also refuse to say if or when it will be. So i stand with my statement that Kent County Parks refuses to maintain ALL of their parks. Edit2: raised review to 3 stars from 1 as tidbury park had been mostly restored.

So.... what is your question?
Yes. We have a .7 mile walking loop trail.
Not currently, but we are always looking for fitness instructors.
No press box, you'll have to stand at the top of the bleachers for that task.
No, only on the west side near the restroom building. Current stands are 2 - 10 row bleachers seating around 200.
