No I haven't used them because they have one young guy working for them in the Dover office has long blonde hair that has a additude very rude and has a smart mouth I wouldn't recommend anyone using them as long as they employee people like him I understand he's young but you don't have that kind of additude at work you are not going to have a company long if you have people like that working for you

Just want to share that my family‘s experience with Sam, Nathan and Mike was exceptional! We had a pipe overflow in the unfinished area of our basement causing severe water into the finished part of the basement, as well. Carpets were absolutely soaked. These guys were out to the house in a timely manner and have been extremely efficient in ensuring that all of the water was removed preventing mold. Sam, Nathan and Mike were extremely professional, courteous, informative and kind throughout the process. All three of them represent Servpro in the most professional and positive way. I would highly recommend this company and these guys any day!!
