Went on 12-day Caribbean Cruise on February 5th 2022. Very nice trip. Dancing in your chair is a great work out just bring towels and lots of water, you will near it. I really enjoyed the aquatic exercise classes. The cost extra but worth it. Membership is very low and the meals taste great.

No fee for center. There is a fee for gym and pool and whatever trips they sponsor . They do provide transportation.
They have a yearly membership. Or you could purchase a life membership.
No - we do have classes for aerobics, tai chi, yoga and zumba but no organized sports at this time.

I also know that parks and recs is using our salt water pool on Fridays in the early afternoon are doing aquatic Tai Chi when you can contact Betsy at parks and recs for that information.
Yes, great place to stay and do diferent activities during the day, also offer lunch for a low cost. The people are so entusiastic.

Sorry, can't help. Their menus are set for a month and then changed. They are published in their news bulletin. Maybe going on line to MMC Dover DE and it will show or you can call them. I doubt if they are open today because we are in the middle of a snow and wind storm.
Yes. They have senior ladies and younger line dance class and they go out and perform quite a bit. They also have ballroom dancing. A lot of dances and entertainment Go. ENJOY. Not sure of the days but, practice is several times a week.
This is more of a senior center. Mostly able bodies. I believe the transportation has been cut due to budgeting
