Late Fall because the turn around time will be faster and the price could be a little less expensive due to a slower time for fence contractors. Also, it's a myth that fence contractors do not install during the winter months. We install all year round. :)
Hi Melani! We leave that up to the customer to decide. Typically, the homeowner obtains the permit. We have an option for the customer to have us obtain it however, there is a convenience fee of $150 to do the necessary paperwork, filing, and pick up, this includes the permit fee.
