If you are thinking of boarding your cat please don't. They have a few cages set up in the food preparation room that has a door that leads out to the outside dog kennels. Your cat will be subject to constant dog barking , bright lights and staffers . It looks like boarding cats was an after thought and a way to make extra money. They should have their own room, away from constant dog barking and foot traffic and other noise. One cat was so frightened and looked depressed as we looked around. It's called Best boarding because it's the owner's last name and she makes sure the first thing she tells you about are the fees as soon as you walk in the door. So glad I didn't leave my fur baby with them. I couldn't wait to get out of there and would never be comfortable boarding my cat knowing it would be a traumatic experience for them. Call in a trusted reliable pet sitter instead.

I have had 3 dogs boarded here, last time my 2 Great Pyrenees and they took great care of them, they were bathed and looked so beautiful when I picked them up, I was afraid to take my boy Everest because he has some issues, and I was not sure if I would be able to leave him, they assured me he would be fine and he was, will use them again, if I have to go out of town, great owners and very clean every time I have been there.
