Very fast and attentive check in by receptionist. However, I'm very disappointed that I can't get an oil change for at least 2 months out. As I have to drive 80 miles round trip, it will severly limit my use of the service dept for 'normal' maintenance.

We had a wonderful experience at Winner Hyundai in buying our new Palisade. We found their site on the Hyundai website as being one of the only dealers near us that weren't charging the market adjustment fee. We drove almost 6 hours to put down the initial deposit on the car we wanted to be able to place a factory order, considering the cars were sold out before even getting to the dealership; and another 6 hours to pick up our car. Lucky us, there was a cancellation and were able to get our car much sooner. Lex Todd was our salesman, and from the moment we met him he was extremely nice, compassionate, and helpful! The day we purchased our car, he spent 2 hours over closing time to make sure we not only closed the deal, but spent over an hour showing us tips and tricks to our new car. He was very nice and personable. We usually don't have the best luck with sales people, but Lex was surely someone we felt we could trust and would certainly recommend and would be happy to see again. We were also able to do a clean trade in, and received a reasonable offer for it. Thank you for making it a great experience Lex and Winner Hyundai team!
