Good food! Vinegary taste to both the BBQ sauces and coleslaw, which is not my favorite, but were are both done well in the style, and the flavor was not overpowering. I tried the pulled pork with both the spicy and regular BBQ sauce. The pulled pork had a great flavor all on its own. The spicy sauce had great heat. At first, I thought the regular BBQ sauce was the spicy, but then I realized this was just the vinegar flavor peeking through. Again, not overpowering, but I prefer a smoky or a sweet sauce over a vinegar flavor, personally. The Bourbon Baked Beans were tasty, but I did not taste any of the bourbon flavor. I'd visit again just to try other items on the menu. I came toward the end of the day (they close at 2 PM) and got my food to-go. It was busy inside, and several items were sold out. Only one server taking care of cleaning tables, taking order, serving food, answering the phone, and ringing up checks. My food didn't take long to be served, but this poor server looked like she was being run ragged. The inside of the restaurant did seem like it would benefit from some brighter lighting.

Ok. The place was kinda busy. Katie should be protected at all costs. It was lunch hour. There were 5 tables with customers. She was moving around with a sense of urgency I don't normally see in restaurants. I told her I had 19 minutes for lunch and she got me out the door. Singing to all of us along with the radio. The food was good, the service was top notch. Thank you!

Saturday May 21, 2022. This was just okay at best. When we first got there, there was only one girl trying to take orders, seat new customers, bus tables and checkout dinners. After we got seated the first thing we were told was that they were out of SEVERAL items on the menu (brisket, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, steak tips, and more). We did get our food fairly quick (which should have been expected when all they had to do was put pulled pork on a bun and a handful of chips on a plate), but the serving sizes were pretty small for the price, I wish I would have taken a picture, our servings looked NOTHING like the other photos posted). 3 small sandwiches and a 6 oz steak with onions and mushrooms for over 60 dollars. We were not impressed and will not be going back. We won't even mention the cleanliness 😖

Only one waitress there when we first got there at noon on a Saturday she did a great job of trying to keep up with everything until her help arrived. Now on to the important part. The food was delicious. Ended up having the brisket platter with two sides. Their house made barbecue sauce is delicious. Definitely would call ahead if you're in a lunch rush they do take out orders. The manager or the owner not quite sure who came out greet us to make sure everything was all right which was a nice touch. Definitely be back. Thanks
