Stopped in window shopping. Plenty of sofas and recliners. Saw a cute sofa that would fit in a Colonial or Victorian style motiff. Not hubbies style, but I liked it. Customer service w a smile. Very knowledgeable and willing to get what we wanted when we knew what we wanted.

How do I get a call saying my furniture is ready for pickup and when I get to warehouse the idem can't be found. I'm disable on Oxygen and running out of Air. Waiting for all most 2 hours. Totally unacceptable for a Business Chain

They suck. Paid extra for delivery and have delivers deliver and paid them to assemble for them to script the nails in the headboard that fell apart. They sent the same delivery driver who assembled the bed again and time had a broken head board left my home saying he'd be returning and no one ever returned with anything or another headboard. I HATE THIS COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and would not recommend anyone to do business with them especially being that I still didn't receive what I purchased.
