Wish they had the rollers. You will have to wash the car by hand first. Then go through the touchless.

Used this car wash for years. Drive and Shine came to Niles so switched to them with their unlimited monthly plans. I drive a big truck, I seen other big trucks going through Drive and Shine so I figured I shouldn't have an issue. Wrong! Terrible SCRATCHES all along the sides! I immediately cancelled my membership and will ONLY go to 5th Street Laserwash! Not terribly priced either. Only wished they offered unlimited monthly washes also.

Went there to try their touchless car wash. Chose the $8 car wash. Vehicle was not that dirty to begin with and was not very clean when it came out. Got home and did some online banking and noticed that the $8 car wash that I chose was build at $10. Called the car wash but got their answering machine, so I left my number to have them call me with a brief explanation of what happened. Never received a call back. Guess I'm done with this car wash
