Food was fresh. Staff was low. Took forever but that's the new fast food model. Hours changed - the sign on the door and what it says online don't match again. And what they actually do doesn't match either. Food was good. Staff was nice.

Store was very unorganized and low staffed. Customers ordering in the store had to stand in line with no one helping them or taking there orders cause they only had one young lady trying to run the front register and mobile orders and she was having trouble keeping up but they had three employees working the drive thru. Several customer's we're walking out do to the long wait time.

I go here pretty often. Food is good would give it 5 stars but they need to work on some things. Only problem I have is have to wait a little cuz they only use one widow for drive thru when I believe they have 2 windows and I wanted to try the new strawberry frosty and was disappointed. The person making my food made my frosty before my hot food was even ready because I saw it sitting right next to the window and they were waiting on my hot food. My frosty was not a frosty it was a hot soup by the time I got it.... Please don't make cold stuff right away if the hot food isn't even done yet. It's common sense....

ordered food for my family and i and girl with glasses taking my order, believe name was katelyn?? had glasses, cow print watch band. Interrupted me and was aking some slightly personal questions that were definitely none of her business. Very weird and odd experience to say the least.
