i have a pretty busy schedule so at times i rely on fast food to get me through the day, in this case i just wanted to run to a mcdonalds because its cheap, and the food is typically made to order. i just ordered a double cheeseburger, nothing special - when i opened my burger, the bread was CLEARLY stale (and crunchy???) along with my food being cold even though i had tried to eat it a minute after pulling away. i do not understand what is so difficult about making food to order especially for those who rely heavily on establishments to get them through a meal they otherwise dont have time for. please do better, stop serving burgers that have sat under a "heat lamp" for several hours, trust me we all notice the difference and it is disgusting.

The only issue was it took a little while to get our order but they were busy so it's understandable. Our food tasted good and very pleased with everything.

My order took awhile which was understandable because the drive thru was packed and the lobby was also busy. The older lady who took my order was very nice. Its refreshing when u get someone who is nice and helpful.

I had a little extra time so I went at 5:05am. They had just opened. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. I wasn't given a total, just pull forward. I ask for my total at the window. I make my payment and I wait, and wait and wait. Almost 15 minutes and when I got to the window I still had to wait for one sammich. I pulled away and said to myself "Its gonna be wrong". No cheese, I had sausage and I wouldn't complain about bacon but it looked like it was put on and taken off and they left some bits.

I so agree with you, having 2 ordering speakers does not help either. They also NEVER say please or thank you.
I agree things are not the same as they were back then each McDonald's are so different and they shouldn't be the one that you are speaking of I and my husband will not go back to we got sick on the chicken tenders and over priced us on are orders won't go back
Observing from the drive thru window everyone (employee) I see is practicing Covid-19 safety

11 am, but im sure you can get select breakfast items all day and night....
