Took my Mustang in for routine maintenance (breaks and a detail) and had the the windshield replaced due to a crack before I packed it for the winter last year. The car was returned to me with an incredibly loud squeak. I had to drive the car 1,300 miles to and from Minnesota the day after I got it back and made that clear to the service team working on it. Super embarrassing when you have to have your car valet parked and it squeaks so loud you have to stop your conversation until the car is gone. I called on Friday after hours and left a voicemail and wasn’t called back. I called Monday afternoon to inform the dealership I will be returning to have the problem corrected and a service technician called me back and informed me his supervisor told me to “break harder” to fix the squeak. The service manager informed me while I was there they put non Ford parts on my car due to a back order (which I was not informed up front about, only after the car now had problems). Got the car back again and there is a minor squeak coming from the rear side of the car. I’m going to go ahead and fix it myself as I can’t trust the dealership to touch the vehicle anymore. Overall super disappointed with the quality of service, won’t be returning for work or to purchase a vehicle after what I have seen and dealt with. 2 stars because the up front staff was super nice and professional, unfortunately everything else was not satisfactory.

I rolled in with a flat tire. Even though I did not have an appointment and the service department was very busy, Moe managed to fit me in; and, a new replacement tire was put on my vehicle. All the service people were very friendly and helpful. I am most appreciative of their assistance and would highly recommend them.
